My Story
Unapologetically raw. Powerfully intuitive. Fully embodied.
I’m a Filipino-Persian immigrant remembering, shaped by war, raised between worlds, and guided by the sacred.
My story isn’t linear—it’s a layered ritual of survival, unraveling, and return.
I’ve led missions alongside Navy SEALs in Afghanistan, walked the shadows of trauma and addiction, and reclaimed my power through ritual, art, and soul work. Today, I help others do the same.
As one of the first females selected for the Cultural Support Team program and a Pat Tillman Foundation Scholar, I’ve stood at the intersection of service, resilience, and reinvention. My academic roots run deep—from a BFA in Drawing & Design at Old Dominion University to a Master’s of Liberal Studies from Johns Hopkins.
My life is a living altar of reintegration: soldier to storyteller, veteran to visionary, warrior to healer.
Now, I speak. From production sets to sacred circles, I hold space for truth, transformation, and taboo conversations. I teach leaders and communities how to return to themselves through creativity, courage, and conscious leadership.
Whether I’m sharing my experiences with plant medicine, building bridges across cultural divides, or guiding others toward purpose, one thing remains clear: everything that’s happened for me is now fuel for helping others rise.
